Toxic - STAY AWAY - Paralegal Paperclip Law Employee Review

The work environment is extremely toxic, colleagues consistently cross boundaries and the founder lawyer does not care enough to even bat an eye. There’s no work life balance (as much as they like to pretend), no overtime compensation despite the fact that said overtime can easily be over 24-30 hours & no acknowledgment either. The office manager is horrible to deal with. Not only is this person passive aggressive but also extremely petty. Despite holding the position of an office manager, this person constantly talks lowly of both former & current employees. The lawyers are condescending and arrogant.
