Some lovely people, built on a 20 year legacy in the business

Revolving door policy esp in sales, felt very unstable with lots of people worried about their jobs. hoping the new CEO will bring some stablilty and that the redundancies will be over. But difficult market to sell in with numerous AI competitors springing up all the time.
