Company recognizes personal achievements w/ kudos points/ gifts, yearly bonuses, company gift card that can be used at all Pappas restaurants, employee intermural sports

Cons

Salary caps, company gift card program is now taxed on checks, healthcare is not affordable, little to no work/life balance. Will work every major holidays for 10+ hours,
