Pros
Friendly environment, rising company, clean work place, good insurance, bonus checks, air conditioned. Over all it's a very good place to work if you enjoy easy factory work. As long as you know your left and right and can read then everything on the production line is easy.
Cons
Some of the down sides to the company is they work off a point system for absent days and can't recover the points back for a year to the day the point was lost. Job bidding bored to jump ranks and positions that you can start signing from day one of your working career there. The job bid goes to the person that signs it with the lowest points, so a fresh hire that bids on a job will usually get the position bided on.
