• I am having 4 years of experience in IT field as an Asp.Net developer. • I joined this origination 3 months ago. I joined this company because I came to know that, here you can get opportunity to work on latest technology and they value of your work. • As an ASP.NET developer, I got opportunity to work on Asp.Net core and Vuejs as a frontend technology. • Management always help us to grow and give opportunity. • Nature of boss is very supportive and kind. • No politics here. • Every employee is helpful to each other. • Benefits to work here is Agile Methodology. Everyone Assign with equal task. • First Management know capacity of developer then they assign tasks. • Strict to standards of coding techniques. It helps us to improve coding way. I have guts feeling, PEIS will be become best company to work for in next 1-2 years.

1. Once in a while there may be work urgency, if project need to deliver in short period of time, but this is very common in IT field. And such situation teaches us how to plan and complete work on urgent bases.
