Pros

Overall, ParaCore is a great place to work for the following reasons: - Close-knit team that supports one another - Leadership that is invested in your personal goals - Always striving to get the best results for clients - On the cutting-edge of PPC and Paid Media - Awesome training for new employees - Always new learning opportunities - Professional, marketing-savvy clients - Fun, positive culture with no drama - Paid week off between Christmas and New Years - Good work/life balance and PTO policy - Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance - Work from home due to COVID-19

Cons

As far as digital marketing agencies go, it is on the smaller side (less than 15 people) so that comes with pros and cons. Some of those cons being that roles and responsibilities are always changing and some things are still getting "figured out". There also isn't a clear growth path or trajectory for a lot of the roles so if you are looking for long-term career growth, you may struggle to find that.

Pros

I have never worked somewhere so organized and structured for success. The people who work here are wildly intelligent and genuinely enjoy what they do. I left a more secure and safe job for the agency lifestyle and it has increased my happiness tenfold. I work harder, I find more satisfaction in my job and I am constantly learning. My next pro is the culture. This truly is a drama free workplace, I have no issues with anyone I work with. Personal lives are left out of the workplace and people find a way to solve any issues by focusing on a solution instead of blaming.

Cons

Cons would be that they're always changing (but that's only a con for people who aren't willing to change.) Honestly, as a millennial I embrace changing and working towards a better outcome for all persons involved so this company really suits my needs and morals as a person. There is a tough interview process due to the culture. Management takes the time to find the right fit that won't cause any issues with existing employees. This is a pro in my opinion but knowing the general public, some people may think it's a con because of the difficulty of being hired.
