There is little to no training provided to keep employees updated on new tasks or evolving market trends. Salary increments are not fairly based on individual contributions. Senior-level management — including managers, directors, and supervisors- tends to show favouritism toward their close associates, especially when it comes to recognition, salary raises, and other benefits. The Art Director appeared more focused on internal politics than on actual art direction or maintaining a clear creative vision. There were serious issues with communication and consistency from the HR manager, who often conveyed different messages to different employees. This led to confusion, misunderstandings, and unnecessary internal conflict. Additionally, ongoing ego clashes between the Art Director and the HR manager negatively impacted overall management effectiveness. As a result, productivity suffered, especially among junior employees who lacked clear guidance and support.
