Cons
Have to park 2 miles from airport terminal, wait for bus and crowded ride to terminal, get store key and proceed through TSA screening, open gate of my store and only then can punch in for the day. Management lacks clarity in what is expected and does not hold poor performers accountable. Hiring of quality associates is spotty at best. As long as there is a body to put in a store mgmt is happy. Performance based evaluations are a joke with poor performers ranking the same as those who do a great job and raises are based on a corporate mandated percentage rather than on merit. Not a career job. Favoritism runs rampant. Training is poor at best. Expectations are poorly expressed.
