Great workplace - Anonymous employee Paradigm Clinical Research Employee Review

Hired a few months ago, so still new but impressed. Collaborative and responsive leadership. Always available. Smaller company, so very agile; quick to take information and implement necessary changes.

Benefits are very decent, but coming from a large company with an unlimited FTO policy and 17 years in the workforce having previously had generous PTO accrual rates, transitioning to limited PTO is an adjustment. I feel like the pros outweigh this particular con, but room for improvement.
