I am here to give you MY candid experience during my tenure as an office manager at Paradigm. While I dedicated several years to the role, my overall experience was challenging and, at times, disheartening.
Initially unfamiliar with the intricacies of the Research department, I faced difficulties securing the necessary training. Placed in a managerial position with a team exhibiting disrespectful and bullying behavior, the management of such dynamics proved exceptionally challenging. Regrettably, my pleas for assistance went unanswered, leaving me to navigate the complexities on my own.
As the situation unfolded, I found myself in a position where a demotion was suggested, but by then, the challenges were deeply ingrained. Notably, the work environment harbored negativity, with particular individuals resorting to backstabbing and fabricating stories even post-departure, affecting unemployment proceedings.
Furthermore, the company’s approach to unemployment claims was distressing, leading to financial struggles for my family. The company’s alleged disregard for diverse voices and claims of a questionable company culture were also unsettling aspects of MY experience.
I felt compelled to share my concerns, and I sincerely hope that this feedback contributes to fostering a more inclusive and supportive work environment at Paradigm.
