Would not recommend - Research Assistant Paradigm Clinical Research Employee Review

The upper management did not care that I was being bullied and belittled by a coworker. Topic was brought up many times with them and they gaslit me and basically pushed it under the rug. I loved the job, the patients, and the other people I worked with but they do not handle HR matters very seriously at all. I left for my sanity and mental health.
