Very flexible company , offers an exceptional work-life balance. Fully remote since pandemic and not pushing to be back to the office. Interesting software product for those who is interested in construction industry/buildings. Nice people to work with. Modern technologies are used, not much legacy code. Offers pension plan match, some home-office credits
Cons
Software product is very specific to the construction industry, It takes time to understand the product, especially if you are not familiar with construction terms. Compensation is low competitive according to the market. Even though the main office in the States, Canadian office salary range is based on Quebec market (and Quebec has the lowest salaries across Canada). Company doesn't offer yearly bonuses or shares.
