      Pros

      - Creating amazing products. The kind of products we create gives me a lot of joy from work. - Working with a good team - Salary at the level of the market.

      Cons

      Group insurance plan is OK, but nothing special; low annual cap on medications, other companies offer higher (or even no-limit) on medications. No RRSP matching. Base vacations are.. basic.

      Decent pay, free parking, occasional free lunches

      Cons

      Sexism, blatantly rude employees, office wall dividers removed so employees are constantly being watched, no action taken when you report an employee for harassment, gaslighting from management, rumour spreading environment, constantly being put down by others, mentally draining, and benefits suck.
