Treacherous and Fraudulent Company - Anonymous employee Paradigm Plus Marketing Communications Employee Review

Need to use of your own personal laptops, Primitive & 3rd grade systems, servers, and back-up systems; they won't pay for your official trips which you use for going to client meetings, shoots, etc. No pantry, no plates or spoons to eat (only the owners are allowed such luxuries). They have spread 2 tables in a parking lot for the employees to have lunch. No safety for women employees travelling in late hours at night. They treat the employees as dogs. The owner keeps screaming out to the employees for any small issue. Although they project themselves as a very modern, progressive place in front of the clients.
