There are some very nice, talented people on staff.

ZERO work-life balance. There is a very toxic culture at work here. They turn a blind eye to employee toxicity - and even promote it in many cases. If you have opinions of your own, and value them, run away because upper management only wants you to agree with them. If you're a woman who has her own thoughts and opinions - run far and fast.
