Met some great people. The assistants were always an amazing support system for each other.

Assistants are often treated terribly by the agents. I received very little constructive feedback and felt I was on survival mode. The "trainee" program was not helpful and scheduled at the most inconvenient times. The only people I felt had my back were the assistants and younger agents.
