There are some lovely staff members to work with

Toxic working environment and awful leadership. No regard for staff welfare

None, absolutely none whatsoever, zero, zilch, nada.

Nepotism within senior management and suppliers/staff they employ, if your face doesn't fit you are out, nothing you ever do will be good enough, always want more, management all collude behind other staff's back, talk about staff in a derogatory way, moan about everything, but cannot have constructive conversations to your face. Cowards, poor managers, change the goal posts on expectations and deadlines. Toxic culture. Management work from home and avoid the office but expect others to be in the office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
