4yParadise is a special place, where people care about each other like family, work together and play together, and enjoy a wide variety of activities that are consistent with our passionate and fun culture, both those paid for by the company, and those optionally outside the company. As with most companies, at certain events we provide food and drinks to our team to show appreciation for the great work and amazing commitment to excellence that they have. These drinks are of course optional, we are all adults and have choices of what to consume.
Our culture and our commitment to our Paradise family is beloved by our team members, and is one of the reasons why we have the retention and loyalty we do. It is why we made it through the lockdowns nearly fully intact, and it is why you were with us for over 3 years before being terminated for very serious reasons. I know it hurts to be removed from a company, especially one that gave you so much love, trust, opportunity and loyalty, but it has been 3 years now, I really do hope you will someday find a way to take ownership over it, learn from it, and become a better person from the experience.
