It really is Paradise! - Graphic Designer Paradise Solutions Employee Review

I love Paradise because of everything! but especially its culture! You have a great team working with you every day, they share so much energy and fun. I have been in Paradise for 2 years and I believe is the best place to work in El Salvador. They always think about their team members and there is always time to relax and play! I have learned so many things in the marketing department that had totally sum up in my career and in my personal life! I am so thankful for this. I also love that we are so committed to the world around us with our green initiatives and social responsibility projects! I love them! We all share values like honesty and respect every day! Being in Paradise Solutions is the best thing that could ever happen to someone!

Cons? there is no way I can fill this, there are no cons in PARADISE!

I'm not saying this because it's my current workplace, but I really love working in Paradise. It's an amazing company, not only for what we do in business, our values, commitment to excellence and great work ethics, but because of how they treat people. It's a company that truly cares about its employees with amazing benefits like the PTOs, great medical insurance, and above all, the great environment you breathe in the company. It's a pleasure being in Paradise every day, you truly enjoy work. Also, the way to treat others, the positive mindset to approach every situation, etc. All of these things make Paradise an amazing place to work where being here 8 hours a day is highly enjoyable, not only because of what we do business-wise, but because of our Paradise culture!

I don't have any cons. I've gained weight because we have too many snacks and too much chocolate and cookies at disposal.
