Pros
Supportive management. While the environment could be stressful at times and customers could become frustrated, managers would side with employees whenever possible and appropriate and listened to employee concerns. The work was always gratifying and my experiences here set me up for success and allowed me to gain valuable skills.
Cons
The workload could become intense during enrollment peaks. Management would do their best to schedule more people to handle the load but there is really only so much you can do.
