Senior management are very clicky, secretive & don't communicate. Morale is very low.

.Protocols only matter when audits are coming up, QA are dormant the rest of the time. .No progression. They will promise you things and never follow through. .no support from team leaders or managers .output more important than quality of product .morale on shop floor at rock bottom .senior management/ directors have no idea how low morale is on shop floor. . The worst planning and organisation I have ever seen, embarrassing
