The people who work on the floor are great!
Department manager is also easy to work with.
Get to work on different projects/ orders on a daily basis.
Cons
Upper management, owners, and HR are a headache.
Micromanaged to death.
Owners will lash out at employees in front of others, usually over trivial issues.
Belittles veteran staff.
Plays favorites with anyone he’s able to talk sports or agreeing politics.
Avoids taking blame or responsibility for shortcomings.
Refuses to take in and apply any new suggestions.
Owners are often sexist and borderline racist.
Since the COVID outbreak, the owners are willing to put the health and safety of employees at risk so he doesn't lose money. This is not an essential business!
