      Pros

      30% Discount and coworkers were similar in age. There are also running groups to be a part of and the store is involved in many community events.

      Cons

      Too many managers and supervisors telling you what to do and they all have different opinions. They don't believe in pay increase, I was there for nearly two years and all I got was a $0.25 raise per hour.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
