      Pros

      Small commissions called PM's entice competition. Some of the managers are great. The owner is frequently at the store. My coworkers were great.

      Cons

      Inconsistency between managers. PM's don't even pay 1% on the item.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
