      Being hired based on specialised knowledge, and communicating this passion with customers. Relaxed work environment. Community atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some managers are unable to communicate to you on your level. Some are extremely arrogant and won't want to communicate or build a relationship with you if they don't have to. Not much room to grow.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
