      Pros

      It was a paycheck. I did work with some great folks on the sales floor.

      Cons

      Management was a joke. They simply were not around to help and ruled by fear. Was promised a full time position, then suddenly it became 28 hours a week. Nice. I guess thats one way to get out of paying folks a living wage. Waaaaay to structured and corporate. Alot of red tape. Afraid everybody is stealing from them and they treat you like a thief. No trust of the staff.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
