Pros
Zero cons nothing at all.
Cons
Company heavily depends on interns while expecting them to handle tasks that realistically require at least 2+ years of experience, with no proper mentoring or guidance. No work-life balance at all: even during approved leave, you will receive continuous calls and messages as if you’re still on duty. Severely toxic senior management: seniors often show zero support, and most feedback sessions happen publicly during meetings, creating embarrassment rather than improvement. HR is ineffective: concerns go unresolved, and employee well-being is not taken seriously. Almost no documentation: everything is verbally assigned, which leads to confusion, repeated mistakes, and an unhealthy blame culture. Interns devs and QA are unfairly blamed for issues caused by poor planning and lack of standards. Development processes are outdated and disorganized, not what you’d expect from an actual IT company. Unprofessional communication culture: transparency is low, and decisions are made without proper explanations. Constant pressure and unclear direction make it extremely difficult to perform effectively. Overall environment feels like going backwards, not growing both in process and mindset.
