Pros
The company is a nice size to build a community amongst coworkers and the beer is good enough to get behind and sell. They also offer cicerone without requiring that you complete it and are just generally a household name in the city. The management team within the FOH is also great.
Cons
They have a history of not treating employees great and when I was hired on were dishonest about whether my contract was short-term (after enquiry). They also have a staff card that everybody in the company gets to use, but don't offer free meals for FOH so the money doesn't stretch beyond three days of work food.
