A consistent paycheck is nice.

This place sucks. Favoritism. No structure. No guidance. Direction. They have no idea what they are doing in management. I'd stay away. They just hire their friends.

I really can’t think of anything anymore

Used to be a decent place to work. It’s completely corporate and sterile feeling now. No employee appreciation or acknowledgment. Constantly short staffed because they won’t hire anyone not because they can’t. Feels greedy and rarely feel supported. Hard to keep up with all the work. On top of all of this.. the pay sucks. Not up to standards with the cost of living these days. Benefits expensive for a family.
