Pros
Love the CEO! Very appreciative and caring about her employees. Hands-on Rules are always changing and changing but I like the fact that they keep improving things until it works or it gets better. I also had a great time working with the other employees, most are open and honest, they'll help you get through a problem if its within their scope.
Cons
It's true that the people they hire are mostly their friends so it's hard to get on the wrong side of anyone. Some of them deserves it some don't. HUGE Politics inside. I learned a lot here and I really had a great time until we had a change in Management. Everything became hard. Also, the Filipino Manager is a favorite for a reason, she cares more about looking good with the leaders than doing what's right.
