Pros
Technology is potentially cutting edge (if it works). Good vision to what the wireless communication industry will become. Talented middle management and worker bees.
Cons
Executive team is almost completely devoid of moral fiber. Dishonest and deceitful. Looking to blame failures on everyone but themselves. Most people just putting up with the incompetence in hopes that the technology works.
