Unethical practices and severe salary deductions - Technical Manager ParamInfo Employee Review

Very very bad no morals and unethical company. If employee goes to office by 5 mins delay paraminfo deducts half day salary. If employee takes leave on Friday and Monday paraminfo deducts 4 days salary includes Saturday and Sunday, they calls it Sandwich. After 10 years of employment they disagree to pay Gratuity also
