Nice area, nice facility, nice way to make potential customers feel confident in their decision to waste, I mean, invest their time and money there @ Paramit
Cons
Micromanaged with no real sense of direction, most of the time. New Executive team (VP) in way over their head. Understanding the billing strategies was always a challenge and how to make ones self "of value to the project" In hind sight, one realizes that you were just a number and not a valued employee. You are there only to have billable hours to a specific customer/project and that is it.
