Occasionally The Boss would put free soda in the fridge. But then he expects everyone's love & devotion in return, and gets angry & resentful when it's not forthcoming.
Cons
A case study in managerial incompetence. They expect their employees to be sullen and resentful, so they preemptively treat them like garbage & pay them as little as possible. It's a vicious cycle that has been going on for years, it will never change. Very, very fast turnover -- not unusual for people to quit weeks after starting. It's a terrifying environment to work in, lots of belligerent shouting & intimidation. They will make you sit facing the wall so they can see your monitor at all times. The leadership is just perceptive enough to sense that no one respects them; as typically counterproductive reaction, they try to demonstrate their authority through petty humiliations. If you are someone who likes to do good work & help people, this place will crush your soul. In the past they have paid employees cash to post positive reviews on this site.
