The people are really great, working in media, means that you are for the most part working with people who really care about the work and chose it and you get work life balance, over tech or something prestigious high paid
Cons
Paramount's stock has been dying and countless layoffs. The instability and uncertainty and poor leadership handling the situation has left a sour taste in many people's mouths causing a lot of churn and people to leave... it was a great company in 2022 but has long changed
