Pros
Place is excellent. People generally nice. At the 'sharp end' some very good people. Often get extra days off when the company is doing well.
Cons
Management seem to work in a vacuum. Talk a good talk about work/life balance but when it comes down to it that goes out of the window. HR are useless.
