Pros
Beautiful and (let's face it) pretty glamorous place to work. Employee screenings, celebrity sightings, sometimes they even make a good movie.
Cons
Wage and role stagnation. There is no path to anywhere else from most of these jobs, they don't reward great performance so there are no performance reviews ever. Your review is that you still have your job. If you don't measure up you get fired.
