Beautiful movie studio lot with incredible history, opportunities to learn a great deal
Cons
Poor communication from internal leadership can lead to stagnation, lots of talk of wanting to increase diversity but the projects being greenlit don't reflect that, little to no training you have to jump in and figure it out (pro and con)
