Pros
Working on the studio lot is a dream. A lot of very nice people there. Culture is more department by department. It's a really tough business right now for the studios, and Paramount has had a few bad years. This year you can at least see them attempting to turn it around. Viacom benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Salaries are NOT competitive. In my department, I can see a lot of complacency. (Especially with regards to IT systems.)
