Senior leadership encourages individualism and creativity. You get to work and collaborate with very smart people who are willing to share their insights and experience. It's a very collaborative environment. A lot of opportunity for growth. Great work/life balance.

Senior management is pretty hands off and, for the most part, lets individuals manage their own time and structure their day accordingly. This is probably not the right place for people who need a lot of structure and are more resistant to changes.
