There is a learning curve in this company for an employee. Some Employees are friendly.(Obviously, that depends on anyone's personal behaviour). I learned one thing in thing in this organisation "Bech k Kha Jayegi ye Duniya Apne Matlab k Liye"

# Politics in Employees & higher management # if you are leaving organization, then you will be disregarded at every point in notice period. # Salary hikes are not actual hikes, they are going with the inflation of India... # They will bind you with time tracker for every work/project. # Company can put fake allegations on you to prove itself right... # 8:30 hrs working hours... # Always consider their employees as interns because company provides one full day & one short leave in a month. Take it in a month otherwise it lapses.
