Pros

- You get a paycheck. - Company pays health insurance after 3 months. - Monday through Friday

Cons

- Cliques. - Working on some holidays. - Terrible training. Rushed and uninformative. - Ridiculously high turnover. They have to use a staffing agency to trick people into working there. - Terrible commute especially considering the pay. - Pay is lower than industry standard for the amount of work that is expected. - Vague company policies that change in interpretation to favor some employees. - Little to no opportunities to promote. - Management and other AEs are always in a bad mood, have terrible attitudes, poor communication skills, and will belittle the Jr. AEs in front of others. - Feedback is not provided until it's too late to do anything about it.

Pros

The benefits, including the profit sharing, make it hard to want to leave. Friendly environment, great coworkers and management. The office is nice. Most employees over 1 year tend to stay. Best office job I've ever had.

Cons

The work can be boring at times and overwhelming at others. The commute sucks. There are not many options/opportunities for upward movement. Surprisingly high turnover from employees under 1 year.

Pros

Reliable paycheck each week. If you don’t want to talk to anybody and work in the “stereotypical cubical” this is the job for you apparently.

Cons

My trainer tried to train me how to do the same various tasks a good three times because she wanted me to fail. The things I did right she would immediately brag to management about and how she did it all on her own while maintaining her other workload. I was let go due to not meeting my workload expectations because of this. I decided not to come into work my final few days and they still paid me as if I showed up. The workload she bragged about ramped back up. Apparently two other people before me either quit or got fired for the same thing. Everybody in the office hates that entry level trainer.
