Very little turnover, most people have been there for many years. Restaurants are very clean and well maintained. Family owned and operated for over 57 years and still going strong.

They have very high standards for their staff and do not tolerate negative attitudes, immaturity or sub-standard performance. You may not last long if you fail to live up to these expectations.
