      Management can barely keep the company together, but a jobs a job

      Cons

      -Constant threat of layoffs due to mismanagement from C-suite; they in turn blame the entire workforce for their own failings -Uncomfortable and unsafe workplace (rodent infestations, flooding, fires, exposed insulation, poor ventilation) -Poor performance and micromanaging from directors -NO RAISES, BONUSES, OR PROMOTIONS -Nepotistic CEO
