Job advancement is based on "popularity". Starter jobs are at minimum wage. Seems the HR prefers to hire outside the park even if there are qualified employees working inside. You get forced to hang out with kids that are young as 14 years old... Some supervisors are grossly incompetent and they talk a lot to other supervisors. Some bosses are toxic. Management is more focused on making profits. All food from the restaurant are pre-cooked. The only thing guaranteed fresh is the salad.
