Despite some initial doubts, I am truly saddened to read your review. Unfortunately, Glassdoor does not verify the individuals leaving comments on its platform, nor does Glassdoor verify whether those leaving statements as 'former employees' have actually worked for the company they're reviewing. Given your statements, I am tempted to believe that you actually did not have the opportunity to work with our outstanding team. At Parcelly, we're passionate about people and personal development. We love to empower everyone to get involved in any way they like and take ownership and responsibility for carrying out their role and delivering the vision of the organisation. At the same time, we truly believe with hard work, dedication and perseverance, we can become the best at what we do and resolve one of the most relevant challenges in 21st-century logistics for good: the first- and last mile. However, we're obsessed with our team culture and believe without a shadow of a doubt investing in our people directly, ensuring a work-life balance and rewarding excellence by providing the right work environment for employees, impacts our bottom line. Those who join our 'smart and interesting' team, can participate in monthly one-to-one feedback sessions to discuss issues and work together to bring about any necessary changes.
