I like the ability to be able to work from home. I love the work-family vibes, very nice and supportive work culture. The CEO encourages us to all have a vibrant life outside of work. Work-life balance is great.
Cons
There was some less than great management in the past that made it kind of rough for a while, but those people are gone and I have no complaints. I love the vibe now and look forward to showing up every day.
