Pros

You get access to training Some of the people are genuine

Cons

Most people are fake, backstabbing and brown nosers Sexist, racist, homophobic attitudes all standard and encouraged Cult-like culture where if you don't behave like the rest of the salespeople you won't last long Encouraged to comment on women's attractiveness and their love lives Male staff have very strict formal dress code, women can wear anything as long as they look easy. No action taken about men in the company who behave very inappropriately. (I.e groping, referring to female colleagues as slags, unsolicited rude pics) GMs have to lie to candidates Forced overtime

Thanks for your review, and we wish you all the best in your continued career. We read through your review and will be feeding it back to our HR team. That said, our dress code is defined as ‘business casual’, we allow our employees the flexibility to define that how they choose. We were also concerned with your comment around racism, sexism and homophobia. Our office is as diverse as our candidates and we have worked hard to build an inclusive environment. As well as this, Randstad (our parent company), is a part of Workplace Pride, something we’re proud to support in the UK. We are also fortunate enough to have a balanced Senior Management Team, with a number of directors, and managers being female.
