Pros
My direct manager and coworkers were a delight. Can be a fun environment to work in at times. There is a bit of creative freedom, but I'm not sure it outweighs the cons of working here.
Cons
ZERO job security. Mass layoffs twice a year, one in the middle of the summer and one right before the holidays. If you don't get cut, your salary does! NOT A STABLE JOB. Upper Management reminds me of a chicken coop, except all of their heads are cut off and they're trying to find them, all while defending themselves against the other headless chickens.
