Pros
ParkHub is an exciting, data-driven and tech-forward company, and the people that comprise ParkHub tend to be eager, brilliant and generally cool people to be around. I've never worked at a company where every single person has the ability to significantly affect the success of company initiatives. If you bring a unique idea to the fore, you'll be encouraged to see that vision through. Thanks to the hard work and ingenuity of its employees, the company just had its best year, Q3 and Q4 in history. ParkHub rewards its employees with generous salaries, solid benefits and the ability to work from home on a (relatively) regular basis. You're trusted to do your job in the way that works best for you (with certain reasonable caveats, of course). Also, ParkHub offers paid maternity leave and paid paternity leave, which is extremely rare and very much appreciated. ParkHub gives back to the community, including a recent company-wide campaign to donate to the Dallas Children's Advocacy Holiday of Hope 2017 Campaign - our employees more than tripled our targeted donation goal! All of that is well and good, but it all boils down to this: ParkHub is a family of people that care deeply about each other, believe in each other and root for each other. The recent (and future) successes are the result of a true team effort of likeminded and hardworking individuals.
Cons
The company is growing in real time, which means that most policies in effect are in the process of being perfected. Also, since ParkHub runs a lean operation, employees are expected to work hard from day one without much hand-holding.
